So I have decided to start a blog!

Why? I hear you ask!

Well, I actually have lots to tell you about!

With experience comes knowledge and on this topic we have oodles of it (if I don’t mind saying myself!). I want to help you nut out the best products for your promotion. Work with you to select the right uniform for your staff. Suggest the most current and modern decorating techniques to make sure the end product you receive is as good as it can get. I want to be able to share with you what we know.

There are also always new and exciting products coming out that deserve their own spotlight. I’m here to tell you all about them!

But, first a little about us…

I had worked for promotional products and merchandising companies since my early 20s, starting as an in-house Graphic Artist and working my way up through to Production and Sales Manager roles. My husband had come from a strong warehousing, logistics and IT background working for a number of national companies as well as himself. It came time for us to start a family and I did the normal maternity leave then back to work. 12 hours days from both of us and the kids spending more time in childcare then they were with us. It just wasn’t the right fit for me. Did my kids even remember who I was??? I’m sure they wondered why some strange lady kept taking them home of a night just to sleep! Wanting (and needing) to work but also wanting to be the best Mum I could be had me frustrated without a light at the end of the tunnel.

So, on a long road trip home after a well-earned holiday the idea was born. Why can’t we work for ourselves? We had the skills, we had the experience, we knew the industry inside out…so why not? No, seriously…why not? When we couldn’t actually come up with a good enough reason and all the ticks were in the pro column we took a leap. Held hands, crossed everything and jumped.

Jump forward to today and here we are! Loving what we do, with the flexibility we needed, and the opportunity to try and do it a little bit differently to the crowd. Our customers are key and we love being able to help businesses work on their branding and image. Make finding that right product, the one that is a perfect match for you, your clients and staff, a piece of cake (Mmmm…cake!).

Our job is to make your life easier. If we can do that we have succeeded. Buying merchandise and uniforms shouldn’t be stressful…leave the stress to us, that’s what we’re here for!

And so, throughout these blogs I will become your wealth of knowledge, your bank of ideas, your ‘go-to-girl’ for everything merchandise, workwear and uniform related.
