Having the right processes in place is definitely important in ensuring your job runs smoothly from start to finish.  You can have the confidence that once you have placed your order, you can leave everything else to us.  Your order is in expert hands.

1. You will always receive an official quote which outlines the products, the embellishing (print, embroidery, laser engraving etc) and your costs.  All product details and costs will be clearly explained.  There will never be any hidden costs.

2. Once you have approved your quote, we will confirm your order.  You will receive a complete outline of your order which will clearly show you the products you have chosen, the artwork you want to use and the expected delivery date.

3. Your order will then be underway.  We will always provide you with an art reference and layout from our printer or embroiderer showing you the size and position of your logo or design for your final approval.  Nothing proceeds any further until you are completely happy with the design.

4. Then all you need to do it sit back and wait for your order to arrive!  We will always keep you updated along the way, but rest assured every order receives our VIP treatment.
